About Us

Monarch Physical Therapy is owned by Dr. Rachel Pinkerton, PT, DPT, PRPC, Cert DN.

I began my journey in pelvic health physical therapy shortly after graduation. As I learned more and saw amazing outcomes in my patients, I was hooked for life. I started pelvic health programs at two large pelvic health companies, where I spent years learning and growing in this field. Now as the owner of my own business, my goal is to put patients first. Every detail of this clinic has been curated to be comfortable and supportive of each individual that comes in. At Monarch Physical Therapy, we are passionate about supporting women through all stages of life. If you’re struggling with a pelvic health condition and are looking for someone who will listen to you, guide you, and help you put it behind you once and for good, you’ve found it. We look forward to meeting you!

Our physical therapist is dedicated to pelvic health treatment and conditions. As the field of pelvic health has grown, many clinics have chosen to offer pelvic health as a service. Many of these clinicians take an introductory course and continue to see other patients with other conditions, not truly specializing in pelvic health. Our physical therapist has devoted her career and education to learning the most effective treatments for pelvic health conditions.
